The Bristol, CT franchise/branch is a nightmare - stay away! I prepaid for a season services, a big mistake. They kept changing the scheduled service date, did not return calls, did not show for scheduled apt.! After several weeks of trying to make this work, got a full refund and said goodbye! Called another local company which came to the house two days later and are doing a great job - and even a little cheaper!

It was easy to sign the contract with this firm on-line, and they were prompt in performing the first spring application. Price seemed very reasonable for four treatments.

with the exception i had to call to find out when my 1st. application will be , i am happy now, it was really nice to see after 1st. application most of my weeds curling up and my grass is greener.as the season goes on, i will know further how i feel about their service by the end of this season.

I am so happy to see the many weeds curling up in our lawn. And they scheduled another service 2 weeks out because of the weed problem. As the season goes on, I will know further how I feel about their service, but right now I am very happy with the results!
