"During Christmas week it was for a rat that got in, and Steve was kind enough to come out on Dec. 26 to see how they were getting in! He helped so much in identifying areas in the attic. Awesome service and rapid response for a holiday weekend. Genuinely pleasant service, and a lot of help over the phone until they could come out! They do all my pest control! Bees, wasps, and termites! And now rodents! Again, I had a rat problem over a holiday weekend! We were expecting it because the bug that got in at Christmas probably could not get out of the house after all was sealed up. Knowing it was Easter and not expecting a message back until today, I texted them about my issue. I got an immediate callback... ON EASTER! WOW, they go above and beyond! Matthew was out this morning at 9:30 a.m. We finally found the rats hiding spots, and Matthew set several traps that my cats cannot get into! I will bet we have got him in a couple of days now. This company is awesome and treats you like family!"

"We had insulation blown in over our garage to help with overall heating/cooling. James came out and looked at it and gave us a price we felt was an honest estimate for the job. Trey and another man came out to do the job and they blew in 19 bags of insulation. We can tell a difference in the garage but especially in the pantry (where we closed in part of the garage). Very nice and friendly company and a pleasure to deal with."

"This local business does excellent work, is very conscientious about showing up on time, took good care of our home, and they are very knowledgeable about animals & every aspect of excluding all animas and blocking their entry points. We had red wasp nests, rodents, and a possum. Now the house is secure! They work fast and are reasonably priced. Thank you!"

"The deck that I built 33 years ago over my pond needed to be replaced. After contacting Home Advisor I chose Kennedy Homes to remove the old one and replace it. The representative from Kennedy Homes was optimistic and appeared to really want to do the job. After checking with other companies I decided to let them build my new deck. Man, am I glad I did. They were so busy with other projects, and I can see why. They had to do it on the weekend. The crew came out promptly on Sat. morning and began removing the old deck. They finished the new deck about noon Sun. The deck they replaced was not just a simple rectangular structure, yet they seemed to go about their work with a minimum of vocal coordination, which told me that they really knew what they were doing. The new deck incorporated features and extra support that they could have omitted. Their systematic precision and friendly business like attitude really impressed me. They examined every board they picked up and some were discarded. I really believe that the deck they built would support an automobile. I would think that the quality of their work would create a demand that would be overwhelming. So, if you need a new deck (or any other project, I suppose) was contact Kennedy Homes.
