I worked with TruGreen for a year. Often, they showed up with too little fertilizer and said they didn't have time to spray all the weeds. Their spray did not work to eliminate weeds. I begged someone from the service department to come see the quality of the yard, but they sent someone from sales? I do not recommend this company.

Did show up with too little material. Left and said they come back 2 days later. Never showed up again. Customer service did not have an explanation. Still do not have our money back for service we never received.

Stay with a large service ,I had problems with a small service who billed me for services they never gave.this service had a great review I was unable to deal with them I heard organic organic from their owner.

They showed up on time, were very friendly, explained their service and went to work. They were very thorough and we are already seeing good results. They said to call them if all the weeds weren't dead within two weeks and they would come back at no charge to kill any remaining weeds. Very pleased with this service.

I purposely talked to the person on the phone when signing on that my backyard needed the most attention. When I called to check on my service, they determined that the agent had only treated the front yard. THEN I asked how much my card had been charged. She said $89.66. I asked What happened to the $29.99 first treatment She replied, Oh, we did two treatments. The grub and the weed and feed. I told her I was not informed that there would be two treatments and that I was not prepared to be charged that much their first visit. I then said I should get half price since they only treated my front yard. She said she would credit my account for slightly less than half. That was Friday morning. It is now Tuesday. I have seen no credit to my account yet. Needless to say I cancelled my year contract with them and will have to call back to see where my credit is. The people on the phone were very friendly and professional. Their actual service and billing is what made me cancel this vendor.
