It took four tries to schedule them to come out and treat our lawn. I needed them to call before they came so that I could come back home and bring in the dogs. But they could only give me a 4 hour block of time. Then when it was scheduled they didn't show up. this happened two times. After multiple phone calls to trugreen, we finally got him out to give us an application. Then they overcharged my account, charging the full price $65.00 instead of the advertised $29.95 introductory price. The worst part is, their treatment did nothing for my lawn - was not even effective against weeds. I will never use this company again.
