Our first treatment, there were pellets of fertilizer., No liquid weed killer that we could see on the leaves or grass. The second visit, the guy couldn't reach about 1/3 of the back yard, (hose wasn't long enough) It was left untreated, Weeds are growing tall where the poison wasn't sprayed...Between the first and second visit, the weeds grow even taller before the second treatment. We called and canceled their services after the second treatment, when we watched and the back yard wasn't sprayed entirely, only 2/3 received poison due to the hose being too short. Sorry guys, we wanted the yard treated, the entire yard. We called for another lawn care service.

I hired TruGreen two week ago 4/14, and was told they would get right out and begin treatment. It was a Sunday and the treatment was supposed to begin on Wednesday 4/17. I was then told later on in the week. Then I was told the following Wednesday. I called on Thursday morning to ask about this only to be told I would hear back from the office about when the treatment wold begin. I actually pre-paid as well. I assume because they already have my money they do notfeel compelled to rush. I am left now to contact my bank and let them know I never received service and attempt to have my funds returned. Never again! I even told the salesman I was leery given poor local ratings online. He said they were working to remedy that with new field specialists. So much for that.

Was not satisfied how services were explained by sales person. Wasn't told about sub-contractors used for aeration. with separate dates. I was told that I would be notified 3 days in advance. In fact, I received a 16 hr. advanced notice of time window of time. I haven't been given a time for aeration. Ed

I was looking for a company to Aerate my lawn for $40. I found Truegreen on home advisor's. The man that called me said that their aeration $209. But they would come and fertilize for seven months and my grass would be Green and Weed Free. That a rep would come in 3 days to start the process. $528. I said ok because I wanted a green lawn and I have areas with white grass and weeds. It took over a week before I got an appointment for Monday. They didn't show up or call on Monday and said they were going to come Tuesday from 11 to 3. The guy showed up at 6 PM. When I asked him about the white areas he said they don't take care of that that. Id have to get down and take away the white grass and put seeds down. I'm disabled so this was not an option. This was one of the main reason I was hiring a service. So I told him to stop don't do anything I am trying to cancel my service. And when I asked people on the phone and this guy when were they going to come and Aerate they said not until August. I said my lawn had never been aerated and I wanted a springaeration. . The guy at the door said that wasn't going to happen. So that was the whole purpose of why I called them in the first place. I found somebody for $40 and it's been done.
