TruGreen was our fertilizing Co. for several years, but 2 years ago they stopped fertilizing the whole backyard with no call to us to confirm that. I walked into the backyard that summer and found only weeds, and grass in sparse patches. Called them right away; they said somebody had called to tell them not to fertilize the back! Who? They either lied or one of their employees? made that change! Nor did they call us before they started in the spring. This is a huge company and obviously didn't care if we were unhappy . Never did we receive an explanation for this error! So we changed companies and are very happy!
