Clayton Co, GA After upgrading ADT security with cameras, I watched the TruGreen tech with a spreader not servicing my yard. I immediately called my husband and he contacted the local office. The tech came back. He was offered a chance to review the clip but declined. He quickly serviced the yard. Being a customer for over five years, we cancelled service. No one from TruGreen inquired about the cancellation or the situation. My neighbor always joked that we had the worst expensive yard on the block and to just let the weeds grow at least it would be green...I agree..so much money wasted...beware of TruGreen.....

This company was given several chances for their service employees to be On time, Show up as scheduled, Conduct services as requested but repeatedly failed to perform up to par. We continued to use their services for several months due to not knowing any other company to hire that offered their services. It was the worst decision we ever made because they were habitually late and never showed up when scheduled but had the audacity to inudate us with spam mailings and advertising, even after telling them we were not interested. Other homeowners in our subdivision cancelled their services as well. They also have no immediate supervisor to file complaint(s) with because it's all handled from call centers in neighboring states with the home office somewhere in Memphis, Tennessee. If you access the BBB, the specific location and complaint process is vague and misleading to minimize responsibility and complaints lodged against that location. Do not hire this company not even on a trial basis.
