It rained hard a couple hours after my service. I called them. I thought maybe it should be reapplied. They refused and said it was actually good. But a week later I still have dandelions, so I'm not convinced. They said it would burn the yard. But I heard other lawn companies will reapply if it rains. They said they monitored the weather and only do treatments when appropriate. But we had a real thunderstorm that day. I don't know. Their sales team seemed very nice. But I wanted my dandelions killed. And that hasn't happened yet. So we will see.

The service for my lawn was primarily treating the lawn for growth and treating weeds. The service was performed in a timely manner, My grass seems to be growing better as a result. I only requested two visits.

First, let me say that the customer service at this company should be commended for their professionalism. So far we have had only one treatment done on our lawn. Found out after our lawn was treated, one of our neighbors has used them for years. She says this is the best way she has found to stay on top of her weeds in super weedy Wichita. Other than the price, I can't complain. Home Advisor should contact customers again in 3 months? 6 months? We will then have had more experience with companies selected through your service. But as of today, we are happy. Thanks!
