Lawn looks better, sometimes. Still have brown areas. No dandelions, and crab grass eliminated in front yard. Still have crabgrass in back yard. I don't like their continuous efforts to up-sell, including Unannounced visits by sales persons. It's a good value compared to buying product and applying it yourself. I get six treatments a year. If I did it myself I would only do 3 or 4.

I appreciate being notified of treatments beforehand. It took two treatments before our lawn started to look good and will take a few more to be a "TruGreen" lawn. I wish they could do some treatment for the weeds in our flower beds, which are creeping into the lawn, without damaging other plants.

Very disappointed, I was in the house and watched. The guy did about 25% of the yard and then quit. I called Tru-Green they say the will come back and do the whole yard. If I had not been home I would have been ripped off.
