True Green bought out Scott's which I used for years (seldom any issues)...Tru Green often did not make committed appoints as someone must be here. Original request was NO riding vehicles on property. They showed up 4 time with riding vehicle and I turned them away once. Spring and Summer of 2016 my lawn never looked so poorly. Spent most of my time calling customer service. Very disappointed. As the consumer we were not notified the Tru was servicing for Scott's customers.

I had True Green for over 2 years. My lawn is in the worst shape it's ever been even with there supposingly re treatments at no cost. Do not hire this company. I have a pristine lawn now filled with weeds and dead spots!!!!

Trugreen has one of the worst customer services in the field. It lacks professional staff training. It does not keep track of schedule. Techs were sent out twice in August and once in September, 3 services within 3 weeks, excessive overdose, when the agreed upon treatment plan was every 5 weeks apart for each treatment. Negligence, carelessness and inconsistent services negate the lawn treatment plan. Under supervision, two out of 4 techs delivered services as required. Others did not care. Pricing was affordable. Products used temporarily worked for my lawn. However, TruGreen office unilaterally canceled the plan in the winter of 2016 without notice.
