They sold me a treatment that I didn't need. Didn't follow through. Didn't call. Then, when I called to ask why they didn't come, the person on the line said it was a treatment that shouldn't be done for a few more months due to the time of the season! Likely, the guy who was selling was on commission and didn't care. Either that, or he was not educated enough to know what treatment was needed when.

I hired them because they were so "charged up" to get my business. They called once a week asking if I had decided yet. The first application was a success with the technician recommending I only treat half of my yard at a lower price. So far, so good.

I have a slop in the back yard that can become saturated after a heavy rain. The last technician that was here did create a rut in the yard trying to get up the hill. He made sure that I was aware and apologized (not his fault). I get a call 24 hours before they arrive. I appreciate the advance notice in case I need to pick up my yard or change when I mow. If the weather is not conducive to apply the treatment, they reschedule. I also receive a note stating what was applied. Lawn looks good
