Company does not have good customer care. I prepay for this year and called and emailed but did not receive a return call. I cancelled the service and requested a refund and was told it would take a few days. I am amazed at how quickly your payments are accepted but the service is at their convenience. We have got to get back to good customer service. I would not consider this company work to be inexpensive so this is why I expect good customer care. I encounter problems with weeds even after their treatments but tried to be fair and allow the treatments to work. When I called the office I was told three different things by each of the three people that I spoke with.

TruGreen may be great BUT when the guy came to spray my lawn he gave me a 20 minute rant on how the person who gave me my quote AND took my payment didn't charge enough and he probably won't be able to finish the job that I PAID IN FULL. This is so wrong...if there was a mistake in the quote they should honor it..AND discuss the issue NOT with the customer.
