True Green burnt my lawn. Two people have come out to look at it and nothing has been done about it. I've been calling them for about a month now. They always apologize, and say they will fix it. I'm still waiting. I also received a call for a scheduled service and no one showed up. I'm tired of calling True Green's customer service. True Green has become too big and automated. I'm going back to a local service where I can meet owners, and feel I am working with people who care.

Great service but they keep the same treatment going for years even if you don’t need it. Whatever contract you sign at first it is what keeps going until you call and change it. If you don’t have a clue about grass like me, they will take your money even if your lawn doesn’t need the treatment

Our lawn was dull and not growing well. After just one season, the lawn perked up and by the next year, the lawn looked amazing. The employees were always courteous and easy to work with.
