I hired TruGreen specifically to eliminate a weed problem in my grass. I was never there for the treatments but I would have liked someone to contact me with updates, or discuss the progress. Now, at the end of the season with over $1000 invested in this company, my grass still has the prickly weeds that I wanted to eradicate. I'm disappointed because I was expecting better results. I will most likely not use them again next year because even though my grass was green, the original problem that I expressed concern over wasn't taken care of completely.

I set up TruGreen with a gentleman and he basically gave false promises that he would set everything up and give me a call to inform me when I would have technicians come to perform procedures on my lawn. He never called me and they showed up on a random day without informing me on 2 occasions. They treated my lawn on the day my lawn service came to cut and edge the lawn. This caused all the product to be shot out everywhere, all because they never called me and I was currently at work when all this went down. They are terrible and I will not continue with them after my first year is complete, since I paid up front.

I don't feel we got the service we was promised. Our specific request was getting rid of creeping Charlie and they did not do that.

They worked all day in the pouring rain to install a new shed that I had bought. It looks great and I will hire them again to rebuild my gazebo

Just too early to rate. Still watching to see how the treatment will go. Your agent did not meet me home because I had to go to work and no specific time was communicated to me. The job was done in my absence. I talked to your agent two days later. Some time span was discussed for future treatments. Hope to review better next time.

DO NOT USE this company. They are pathetic at best. I was promised a customized lawn care application. The only thing customized on their pathetic service was my address. I made numerous calls to their office with no return call. I made a personal trip to their local branch and finally the branch manager agreed to call by my residence. After that visit I was personally promised dedicated treatment and analysis after two weeks. It never happened. OH, but i did continue to get the automated service calls with the standard application that everyone else in this area receives.
