i've had this company for almost 10 years and after the 5th or 6th year I notice the service began to diminish. It is now to the point that I am looking for another company. I observed a service truck pull up into my driveway, sit there in the cab for 15 minutes, write up a bill and placed it on my door. He drove away (no service performed). I reported this and MGT came out to address it and apologize, but it has happened again since. They blame it on not being able to find loyal or dependable help. Perhaps their hiring practices should be re-evaluated! I am fed up!

They saw the serious issues I had with my 1 acre lawn & infestation of quackgrass. I believe a mowing service had brought in clippings of this voracious grass from another lawn in their mowing deck (my lawn was sodded, serviced, & without ANY prior weeds). There is no other explanation. - TRUGREEN designed a very proactive pre-emergent game plan to attack this warm weather grass (plus the other typical crabgrass & broad-leaf controls, & usual fertilizing programs). They even laid down a denser application for this 1st early spring pre-emerg application!! 5-Star!!

I've only scheduled my first service so have nothing to rate them on yet as far as their work but their professional, personable, knowledgeable phone contact was great. Time will tell!!

I didn't rate the above questions because they haven't started the program. (I had to rate them even though) I talked to several TRuGreen "salesman" and the price fluctuated greatly. It's like dealing with the cable companies.
