As far as quality and service are concerned, TRUGREEN is light years ahead of my previous lawn care provider. We discussed my treatment before he started and again after he finished and my sales rep is a pleasure to deal with. Nothing against TRUGREEN but all lawn care service is expensive.

he came, was very polite and cordial. he was done in 15 minutes thought, for a front and back, that seemed a little to quick to aerate, lime and put seeding down,. i didn't get to talk with him, before he left, he just left.

Admin scheduling is horrible. no communication with customer, pitiful organization behind administrative duties with billing as well. bills left for suggested work that was not done

the customer service was horrible. i called customer service to relay a message to the lawn care specialist to communicate with them but never received a call from the specialist. i had made an appointment for another treatment which was spraying my trees and scrubs and called in to set a time to meet with the specialist after 12:00 PM when i would be home. when i returned home after 12:00 PM i found a note from the lawn care specialist telling me what he had did so i didn't get a chance to talk to him. i called the home office and canceled my other three treatments. the representative told me the specialist had been contacted to meet me after 12:00 PM but he still came before i could get home. i told the representative that if the specialist still came and treated my lawn after i had cancelled that i would not pay for it since i had called to cancel. very bad communication between representative and specialist.

they are good but you have to water your grass or it will burn. they are good had to come back out for my weeds. I still need the weeds gone but all in all I will renew next year.
