I hired TruGreen to get rid of mites. They only offer one year plans, so I took it. After a year my lawn still has mites and now they are trying to force bill me. I paid for one year and did not sign an auto-bill now they just show up and then add a bill to my account for services I did not request. I caught them one time and stopped him before he finished and a week later someone else came and gave my yard service while I wasn't home. I have sent two different e-mails to their customer service and received zero replies. I have also complained about the never ending robo calls to give me service and that too has not stopped. Do not do business with these shady people.

Responded quickly, did re-treatments when applied during rainy days. Very easy to work with and appreciated the courtesy call prior to showing up. Did see some improvement in lawn, only time will tell.

If I have one complaint its coming while I'm not home and then if I have questions, comments or concerns I have to take time out of my day to call them.

The tech came by for the 1st treatment, however, the next visit is not for 4-6 weeks. Will have to wait to see any results.

Serviceman was very knowledgeable and friendly. Billing came in higher than what I agreed to, so I have a call into customer service now, but other than that, I am happy with the service thus far.
