After they came out & left a door knocker & signs in the yard, i checked my cameras & that's all they did. Their paperwork they left me said they had treated my yard, but after he got out of his truck he was there a total of 4 minutes, just long enough to leave the door knocker & 2 signs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have read other reviews & they have done the same thing to other customers that had cameras. Use Lawn Dr.

It appears TruGreen didn't distribute the seeds for my lawn reseeding evenly so in some areas I can detect zero seeds and others have such a thick applications of seeds that I cannot even see the ground below. Makes no sense. Rescheduled visit is 10 days after the first application. Really? What takes so long?

They have only come once and since I had not signed a permission contract only laid down fertilizer without pest control or weed control which is why I hired them. I don't think they should have laid anything down until the contract was signed. I only got a partial application. They didn't do the back because my dog was out and they thought I wasn't home. I was home. A lot of problems for the first application but I believe it will get better. I called the office and explained that if the dog is out I am home. I still am behind an application and not happy about that. I hope they make it up.
