1. If you had a pre-paid contract last year, that contract will automatically renew. After several calls to determine this year's cost, we reached a service rep who claimed we owed $335.35 (which we did not.) The next rep got us a contract 96 cents more than last year and told us that the first application would be the next day! 2. If you are a Senior, you must ask for the 10% Senior Discount. Even if you are renewing! 3. After we renewed, we received at least 5 more calls from TruGreen soliciting us! 4. Remember to call them to return if the weeds do not die after treatments. Here in Coralville, they are more than happy to return.
