We hired TruGreen to perform our lawn care maintenance. They showed up as scheduled, but only treated the front yard. We called customer service and they apologized and sent the tech back out and completed the service. The next month they only treated the front yard. We called again. They corrected the issue and assured us it was resolved. The third month they only treated the front yard. We called and they assured us the back had been done. I then informed them we had cameras around our house and offered to show them the footage. They apologized and said they must have been confused. We cancelled our contract.

I got their summer plan, killed all the weeds and bugs, but my grass turned yellow for a few days after they came, every time. Ended up canceling and fertilizing on my own for better results.

Has been almost two weeks and majority of weeds not dying. Paid over $70 and VERY disappointed in lawn care.

Needed help killing weeds in my lawn. They did not kill any weeds, only fertilized them! Made my lawn worse! Came out 2 times and I was very unhappy with their results.

They are very aggressive sales people and I don't really like that. I had wanted to be home for the first treatment and they did not notify me before the first treatment. When I called, I was told they have an automated message and I didn't get it because I have a landline. My main goal is weed control. So far I still see too many weeds after first treatment. Hoping next treatments will help.
