I was told a soil evaluation would be done and weeds and grass burrs would be treated. I would be told how much watering would be needed. The service guy took about 5 steps in the back yard. I guess that was the evaluation and then he spread fertilizer and left. I do that. Not sure what IÂ’m paying for.

They came out within 5 days of calling for the first weed spray and fertilization but then were going to come back 2 days later to seed and aerate. I told them that was too soon so they rescheduled.

TruGreen is currently working on my lawn, so far i like what they have done. Have to wait until next couple of months to see the results. only issue inhad with them was i had to call them to reschedule with them twice for my 1st service appointment for which the assigned agent did not show up on scheduled day.
