Extremely poor customer service. I hired them for lawn initially..did ok. Other than when they chopped of my Verizon FIOs line. Needed shrub/bush treatment, they quoted me **special deal** for end of year to be carried into next year. Part completed promised treatments, rest **left over funds** automatically transferred to **lawn care** and wanted new contract for shrub /Bush treatment in new year. I went through multiple negotiations with customer service who appeared unwilling or unclear of these internal dealings. Had to fight to get out of them renewing my contract. Still keep getting automated phone calls telling me they want me to renew contract. They are BAD. My friend had exactly same experience. Others have reported the same issue. BEWARE!

After just one service, my yard is already looking 1000 percent better. Thomas took the time to explain everything to me and gave me tips on mowing frequency/height to help me rehab my yard.
