Not as weed free as I would have liked, I asked them to ring doorbell on arrival, and they only did 1 out of 5 treatments.

Hired this spring to aerate and overseed, they instructed me to wait til fall. They missed their appoint on Aug 23rd, and then wanted to schedule late September, when leaves and drought were rampant. Paid over 1,100 to do the service and no germination of grass took. I have reached out to TruGreens' corporate office and I am still not satisfied with the results. I would like for someone to reach out to me that can help.

The quote pro we had was so lazy that they only did our front yard. Thought we would not noticed. It was a horrible. Called many times took forever to get a solution. Finally said to stop coming. Neighbor had same issues

The first application didn't do anything and the cost for that application was supposed to be $37. We were billed $101. When I called in they informed me that their sales team isn't clear that once a year they apply some other application and since it was my first application they applied it without our approval and the cost was $64. They did credit me but how many other people don't realize they are doing this.

Do not let them near your lawn Mine actually looks like they sowed weeds. I have weeds I have never had - or even seen - before. They came back out when I first complained spot sprayed but it got even worse. They have done nothing since and will not even return my calls. If I could have given them negative numbers, I would have.
