We had a problem the first night and had a hard time getting someone to fix the problem, but did contact someone and the problem was taken care of.

When you sign the contract dont expect to hear from the Sales Person again. Their work is good but they do not pay attention to detail. I had a new Toilet installed and they never replaced the shutoff valve (that leaked) or the tubing.

Quality Advantage's in-home presentation made our bathroom remodeling project very easy to order at a satisfactory price. We were extremely pleased with the removal and installation stages of the project. The results are very satisfying. The sales rep 'promised' we would be so pleased with the results that we would have them do the 2nd bathroom as well. He was right, we have placed the order for the 2nd project..

Although the workmen were very good and worked hard, I had to keep on top of the office with regard to timing and billing. I was billed for items I was not supposed to be charged and had to have credits issued. I had to call to verify that changes made to the installation were made as requested (they had not been). Overall they do very good work but you just have to stay on top of the work order and billing.

We actually hired them to remodel the bathroom. They brought the tub/shower, commode and flooring. We provided the cabinets, sink and mirror but they installed it. It only took 2 days but we finished (pathcing) and painted the walls. If you are a partial do it yourself person this is the company for you. If not, go with someone else who will do it all for you.

Initially there were several scheduling and project management issues that caused me to flex my schedule to accommodate multiple installation date changes. However, the workers that came to the worksite were very professional and did an outstanding job.
