My installers Ron D. & Matt G. took this project from good to GREAT!! They were very meticulous and methodical during the installâ I could here them verifying different tasks to assure quality and homeowner satisfaction were their ultimate goals! The install manager Mike Cehrs came by during the install to inspect and verify that the project was progressing as scheduled and to assure us that all was going well. I also told him about an issue with my 2nd bath (He offered options and said he would like to help in any way if possible). Iâ d like to especially recognize my design consultant and sales rep Thomas Houlahan. He came to our home fully prepared with exceptional knowledge of the WestShore products and services and committed to offering our family an over the top experience and outcome. He has EXCEEDED THAT AND MORE!! WestShore Home has converted longtime skeptics like my hubby and me into believers that there are truly honest businesses out there that still value a good customer experience.

First, let me start off by saying that Jose, Xavier (L or J) and George C. were amazing. Jose was the site lead and was very clear about what he and his team were going to do. Additionally, they were very polite and asked my opinion several times which I thought was very considerate of them. I rated the value for money a 4 which had nothing to do with the team listed above. I do believe that the pricing was a little higher than other companies that we interviewed for this job. The competition offered an entire bathroom remodel to include a half bath for the same amount. We chose West Shore Homes based on ratings and timeliness. Overall, my husband and I are incredibly happy with the work that these men put into our home - and they cleaned up very well afterward too :)

They live up to what they advertise. On time, quality work in one day I had two bathrooms completed in one day-an upstairs & downstairs bathroom. They sent two teams of two men who were very professional upon arrival. They went over the scope of work, asked where the two projects were located; water turn off valve and then went right to work. Because the salesperson goes over everything when you have your initial appointment, thereâ s no wasted time when the workers arrive. They only needed to consult with me at the end regarding handrail and shelve placement. Iâ m extremely happy with the end results. Kudos to Scott & Victor and Xavier Torey for outstanding service!!

Shai B and Jayden W did a wonderful job removing our old shower and replacing it with a brand new one. Also they removed our old garden tub and capped off the plumbing and placed plywood o over the opening in the floor. They also took away that old tub to dispose of it. The quality of their work and professionalism was top notch. They arrived on time did the installation and demonstrated how to use the magnetic shower wand and how to turn water on for hot and cold water, plus what products to use to clean the shower. I would recommend West Shore Home to everyone we know.
