"John was very hardworking and excited about his job. He trouble shot the issue and had options for a temp fix and/or full fix, with recommendations moving forward. We appreciated his tenacity although it was an early Saturday work call. He also gave us a full price breakdown so we could make the best decision financially with regards to the repair we wanted. In the end we will make it another year before we need a replacement and I look forward to working with his company for the install!"

"United Home Services came the day I called them. He was very professional and courteous. Caleb came out and spent time thoroughly inspecting the project that needed to be done; He talked with me about it to make sure the fix that I requested would actually solve any and all issues. He gave me and estimate that same day and came out exactly when he said he would. I called him on a Monday and by Wednesday afternoon, the job was completely finished and looks wonderful! The price was very reasonable; but even more than that, I know I can trust United Home Services. I will definitely call them again!"
