Jayden and Shai did an excellent job replacing my old tub with a walk in shower. They were respectful, professional, polite and friendly. They cleaned up everything and they were very thorough in all of their work. My new shower is beautiful.

Deontia and Andrew were very professional and did an excellent job installing a shower for us. They were friendly, courteous, and diligent in getting the work done. I was not expecting them to clean up as thoroughly as they did so they left me with a clean bathroom and a new shower! What a wonderful experience working with them and West Shore Home.

As promised, installers were here at 8am. Job completed by 2pm. Original bathtub removed and beautiful walk in shower installed. Larry M and Jared R were professional and friendly. The cleanup was so thorough, had we not been there, we would not have know any type of construction\remodel had taken place upstairs. West Shore stood by their product and word. THE WORKERS SHAI & JAYDEN WERE BEYOND RESPECTFUL. I FELT COMFORTABLE WITH THEM IN MY HOME & I WAS HOME BY MYSELF (FEMALE). THEY FINISHED ON TIME & CLEANED UP THEIR MESS. TO BE HONEST, AT TIMES I FORGOT THEY WERE IN MY HOME BECAUSE THEY WORKED SO QUIETLY AT TIMES. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN. EVERYTHING FROM THE REP TO THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT WAS PERFECT.

Elizabeth City, NC Jose V. and Jesse H. did an awesome job. We had a 2-day project. We had our 1996 garden tub removed and replaced with a good size shower. Jose and Jesse were on time, professional, and communicated with me and my husband well. They often asked, "what do you think, or are you satisfied." The next morning when they arrived, Jose asked do you have any questions or concerns. Our shower looks great, they explained everything well, and they were polite and friendly. The shower build is such a great improvement in looks and use of space over the previous shower unit.
