The entire experience has been very good. I received estimates from two other very reputable vendors and was pleased with all three of their bids. West Shore gave me the same guarantees as the others but were more exact in the measurements and scope of the work needed for installing these doors. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I felt like I over paid for work I could have done myself and done right the first time. They had to keep coming back to fix things they broke or did a bad job on the first and second time. Everything was rushed.
