Very professional, from start to finish. From the free estimate to installation it was very organized and easy to get it accomplished. Thanks to Anthony, who presented what they offered to following up and keeping I touch with us to Ray B. And Matt G and Jess the plumber. Everyone was helpful, professional, curtious, respectful and kind. Thanks to all of them.

The manners, and positive attitude to do a hood job was very refreshing, especially in these times. I spoke to the whole crew throughout the project and they were very well mannered. The quality of their work was top notch, And thats coming from a retired machist. Adam P. Brian S., and DeSh1awn G. are very good representatives of your company. I would have this crew work for me anytime. I'm considering a bathroom upgrade from Westshore Home would be my first choice.

I have never had service performed in my home. That was this professional. The two gentleman who remodeled my shower, left my house cleaner than it was when they arrived. They were so polite put me at ease and worked from the moment their feet hit my floor till they walked out. I am so impressed with them and they will in fact be doing my next project. We had Westshore Homes representative come and talk to us last year about a shower. The selling points were that you guys had a caulking that would NOT mold! And the second selling point was to have a small window near the ceiling that backs up to the master bath. These were popular back in the 50's to give natural light. Three weeks later, the men came and installed the shower. They did NOT cut in the window, they told us we had termite damage and moved the shower floor inches from the toilet! The worse part was the shower floor filled with water and would not drain properly. We called WSH many times for the molded caulking. We had men come over and speculated where mold was coming from. FINALLY, WSH sent a man out that put us in for a redo shower. Shae Phillips and Charles Parsons were phenomenal! They came in here and worked for two days and changed our minds about WSH! I hope you give these two gentlemen major kudos! And please read this experience to them! We are so happy with our shower! Thank you very, very much Westshore Homes!! You Rock!!

My installers were Larry M. and Deontia V. They did a superb job installing our new walk-in shower -- it is beautiful . The craftmanship of the install is exceptional. Larry and Deontia had great recommendations for me . More importantly, when they encountered a problem, they worked with me and their management to find a solution. Great job all around and hats off to Larry M. and Deontia V. A++!

Xavier ward and George Copeland did an amazing job installing my shower. Kept work site clean and was very nice.
