I renovated two bathroom showers - converted an old fiberglass tub in one and ashower in another. My initial meeting with Heath was great. He was patient and detailed in providing me all the options to consider in doing the project. And never once did I feel pressured. In fact, a couple of times he advised against some "add on's" that would have increased the price because they weren't necessary or were potentially not safe choices for one of the bathrooms anticipated for someone who is elderly. The Installation teams of Ron D and Matt G on one bathroom and Matt T and Shai on the other were AWESOME!! It was hard to believe they could do all this work in less than 8 hours, but they did and it turned out beautifully. Matt T and Shai ran into some concerning plumbing and electrical issues from a previous contractor's work in one of the bathrooms so other West Shore team members had to join. But they got there quickly, addressed the problem and made my BR safer than it was before. I love that West Shore's price includes dealing with whatever they find - for no extra $$. From past experiences with contractors that isn't the norm! All of the guys were professional, but hard working - on a really hot day. And Matt T and Shai had to carry stuff up and down to a third floor BR - they get extra points for that ;)!! I would most definitely recommend West Shore Homes for this type of project. They are fair in their approach, are professional and excellent to work with. They also use excellent materials, for example the bars used have indentations to make them safer to grab with your hand - haven't seen that with any of the other BR remodels that I've done! I am delighted with my new showers. Thank you, West Shore Homes!!!

WestShore Home completed 2 bathroom remodels in the same day...arrived by 8 a.m. and completed by 4 p.m. Their installers Ron D, Matt G, Deontia V, and Jessie H. did an amazing job and answered any questions we had. Our Design Consultant Tiffany D. explained all the details to us before we signed the contract and followed up with a visit on installation day. We would definitely recommend WestShore Home for bathroom remodeling.

We hired West Shore Home to replace our shower. Matt and Deontia were on time. Very polite. Kept us informed along the process. Helped us make decisions about the placement of shelving and grab/safety bars. They cleaned up during and after the work was done. They left us with a list of cleaning products that would help our new shower last for a very long time. We thoroughly enjoyed having Matt and Deontia in our home.

Jared R., Jeff R., and Deontia V. came on time removed a bathtub shower combo and replaced it with a handicap shower. They were friendly and courteous and were very professional.
