Shae and Ray were extremely professional and pleasant. They removed the old tub and replaced with a shower pan. Everything looks nice and crisp. They cleaned up the job site well and protected my floors and carpet. Thank you very much Shae and Ray! We are already planning for another project hopefully in 6 to 12 months.

Mike C. and Jeremy C. arrived promptly to my home. They got right to work,; putting down protective coverings over my floors to the bathroom project, and unloading equipment and tools. They were very knowledgeable about the installation project and did excellent work. (Removed a Safe Step tub and installed a shower.) They were courteous during all of my interactions with them. Could not have been more pleased with the final results.

The installers were prompt and knowledgeable about the project (converting an old tub & tile shower to a new glass-door unit). They kept us apprised of progress as they went and the condition of our wall space. They (Brian and Lamar) were very personable and cleaned up after the project was completed (in a difficult, small area of the house). This was a very positive experience for us. Would gladly rehire them for other projects.

Workers, Tony and Kevin arrived on time, answered all my questions, and were a pleasure to work with. Excellent, professional results. New shower looks amazing.

Mike C and John B did an excellent job. They arrived on time, and were professional. They got right to work and didn't stop till they were done. They cleaned up their mess and made sure I was happy with the job before they left.

The representative and the workers were on time. They laid down tarp walkways to protect my carpet and tile. When we ran into a problem with the plumbing they quickly worked out a solution. The work was finished in two days. (It would have been one day but my home is on a slab and they had to break into the concrete to reroute my pipes.) The shower exceeded my expectations. I had gotten other estimates for less but not with a Lifetime Warranty and not with the materials and attention to details I wanted. Great Job!

West Shore homes did a beautiful job changing my bathtub to a walk in shower. Great customer service. Matt and David were extremely busy and friendly. They even dealt with my dogs. Great job guys. Five stars from me.
