Jay was our first contact, and every person we spoke with was as polite, informed, friendly and efficient as Jay. Larry and Jessie installed the shower and were incredibly efficient! They just finished and everything is spotless! We will recommend West Shore to all our friends! Well done!

Wow!!!!! professionally installed new shower and tub in 6 hours. It looks nice, clean and modern. Ty ensured every step of the process was explained to me. He even took time out to ensure I took any pictures along the way. Cleaned the area upon completion and tested it to ensure it worked properly. I'm happy with how this worked and exceeded my expectations.

I love the tub/shower. The work crew was fabulous and finished in 1 day. The price may have been a little high, but I had an old house and was not sure what would be found when the old one was removed. They stand behind the product and it problem I know who to call. One think I do not like is when trying to call customer service it routes you base on a telephone exchange. It is a hassle as someone called from MD and I live in VA. Even if you have direct line, still routes you.

Stephen and Xavier were excellent. They were respectful of the owner and of the property. They did the job in an expedient manner, but they were thorough and did an excellent job. They cleaned up the area when they were finished, and they were totally professional the entire time.

Outstanding by the installment team Mike and Bruce. They were very clear what needed to be done. And made sure I understood what was ordered for the installment. They were very professional during the installment even when I ask to observe the work. As far as the sale rep he never informed me that the shower I didn't come with shower doors. That was one of the main reasons I wanted a new shower. So now I have to pay another fee for shower doors. Because a shower rod was installed and not doors.
