The entire experience from sale, with Joe, to install with Ray B. and Matt G. was outstanding. Everyone was extremely professional. Ray and Matt were very patient with my questions and checks on the progress. I will definitely recommend West Shore Home to others interested in bathroom remodels. They are fantastic!

The complete team arrived at 10am removed the entire walk in tile shower which had a major water issue. West Shore installed an entire new system along with new plumbing and mixer valve in one day. They left the house spotless. A special shout out to the following guys!! Eric B Columbus A Torrey S Ray B Matt G What very knowledgeable technicians. I highly recommend West Shore

The installer, Jared, R and Eriaun, T was exceptional friendly, polite and knowledgable. Addressed all of the questions l had. They were very apologetic about not being able to complete the insall because the rwo were the incorrect size. Clean behind and explained the operation of the windows. Thanks guys.
