West Shore Home Virginia Beach

Our new bath and shower is beautiful. Caulking could be a little neater/nicer but fine. We waited the full 24 hours for drying and began to use it. The day after we started using it we found a wet spot on our dining room ceiling under the tub/shower. We called West Shore and they had somebody out within two hours to stop and fix the leaking. West Shore made arrangements for the ceiling to be repaired on a Saturday so we would not miss any more time from work. I asked for the local manager to give me a call and no one has communicated with us. I appreciate that the problem has been fixed but the trust is gone. Are we going to have further problems? I feel as if the company needs to make things right with us and keep the promises of trust and quality we were given during the sales pitch.

Ray and Ty performed the work at my house. They were professional and courteous. They came approximately 8:30 and finished 4:30. They explained the process, did the work, cleaned up, and asked me to inspect. I was pleased. Thank you. The job was a little more than I expected but the work was good.

Jared V. did our consultation and did a great job presenting us with all the information we needed in coming to a decision to go with West Shore. He was very professional and answered any questions we had. Anthony P. and George C. did our install and we are very happy with the final product. These two showed up on time, answered questions throughout the day and made sure we were happy every step of the way. I highly recommend requesting these two if you are able. Overall we had a great experience with West Shore.

Heath V. Did a wonderful job explaining everything. I told him what I was looking for and he made sure he desigined the look at a affordable price. The installation day Matt T. And Glenn did a AWESOME job installing the shower and making sure I understood everything that was going on from start to finish. All 3 of the men was very professional.

Today I had my West Shore walk in shower installed. The installers, Eric B. and Columbus A. were on time, respectful of my property and home, and did excellent work in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. So, if you want a 5 star company choose West Shore Home, and hopefully you will get 5 star rated installers like Eric B. and Columbus A.
