Excellent product, great workmanship. Keep up the good work. Installers are very professional. Mr. John Campbell, the owner, took care of a minor water issue on a Sunday, he sent his plumber right away to fix the problem in a moment notice.

The installation team arrived on time to install my new door and screen door. They were very professional and did an excellent job. They were polite and cleaned up everything. Although these doors cost a bit more, it's obvious that they are worth it. They are an excellent company to do business with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend West Shore to any of my friends or family. Even the salesman who sold me the door stopped by after they were done to make sure they did a good job installing the doors and that I was satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

The muddier, Steve, was unresponsive to any talk at all. He was a muddier that didn't mud all of the places that he should have, and what he muddied he didn't go back and sand down, and of course it was right in front of the toilet. He did such a bad job on the ceiling that they had to send in two additional people, and they did an amazing job. The person that reccomended the tub did a poor job, because I am older and I didn't need to have such a deep tub. They put in new base boards, and they didn't even put a finishing coat on most of it, and they put 7 nails in the baseboard fight in front of the toilet. There was never a person to come in to inspect the work.
