The installers, Brian, Brandon & Gregory, arrived on-time and installed a new shower. They had to remove an old jacuzzi and did so in a speedy manner. They installed the shower and cleaned up everything very well. I am impressed at how professional they were. They also seem to enjoy their jobs and were in a cheerful and friendly mood all day. I highly recommend them.

The workman Mike and Jeremiah were professional and skilled at what they do. They an overview of what was to be expected, and detailed steps were taken.

West Shore Home has the right business model! Their knowledge, customer service, and professionalism are above reproach. Our sales consultant Jake worked diligently to design and work with his GM to get our specifications (which were a little outside the lines) approved. Their financing options were appealing. Most importantly, the installation team of Nate and Isaiah were outstanding. They were timely, communicated at a truly understandable level, identified a previous installation defect, and worked to complete the job within the time table offered. I thought their installation process was spot on and I feel confident that when I get to utilize the shower that all will be well. I highly recommend West Shore, and I intend to call them to install our shower systems in our next home when we build it. Oh, and I will be requesting Nate and Isaiah to do my next install.

Sales rep Lauren was so professional and personable. She explained everything in great detail. On installation date, Nate and DQ arrived on time and worked diligently to complete project in a timely manner. They were very knowledgeable about the products, and cleaned up after they were finished.

Very attentive to details. I especially like that they clean up after everything was completed. There are many contractors will leave the work for the homeowners to clean but not West Shore installers. Really appreciate them for the little details. Michael M and Shae did an AWESOME JOB!!

From start to finish my experience was seamless. Noah came out to my home for the consultation. He listened to what I wanted done and even took the time to verify my questions that he did not have the answer to. At time of installation Hector and Q were on time. Confirmed what was being done the end result was exactly what I had asked for.

Avi and Robert did a wonderful job converting our tub/shower into a beautiful walk in shower. Came on time and worked continuously until the job was complete. Very pleased with the outcome. Their communication with us was great from start to finish. Very professional and courteous. Explained everything in detail at conclusion. Cleaned everything up upon completion. Robert Steiner and his crew were very professional and took great care to make sure we were happy with our project. They did a beautiful job and made sure to clean up afterwards. They made sure to check with us about any concerns or questions. I would recommend that particular crew to anyone. They were a real pleasure to work with.

They removed a tub/shower and converted it to a beautiful walk-in shower with shelves, handrails, and seat. They cleaned everything up at the end, and made sure everything functioned properly. They are also both dog friendly folk! We can't wait to start enjoying the new shower!
