Our experience was exceptional from start to finish! Brian was extremely knowledgeable about the product we were purchasing. Jerry and Curtis were not only efficient in installation, their clean-up was amazing. Mr. Shenk was thorough and always followed-up in a timely manner when we had any questions throughout the process. Quality Advantage came in and removed to old bath tubs, toliets and vanity in two bathrooms, installed new fixtures and layed the bathroom floors. Remodlng started on a Tuesday and was completed on Friday. Great Job and recomend this company to others and have

My project was a complete bathroom remodel. Quality Home Advantage specializes in wet area replacement and that is what they should do. Electrical, drywall, and paint were subcontracted. I experienced substandard results from both the electrician and plaster work. I opted to paint myself. Fit and finish was also substandard. If something was not cut or fit correctly, their solution was to add more calking. Customer service was actually above what I have experienced in the past, but it required three recalls to have the job done anywhere near correct. I experience two confrontations with the workers, one sub and one employee. I had to fix a leak under the sink. I have a corner tile which is set one eighth if an inch below the rest of the tiles. Overall, overpriced and lacking on quality.

He signed off to his complete satisfaction and his punch list at the end of the project was also completed to his satisfaction. I am disturbed that he chose this method of comment, when his review he submitted to my company was all superior grades. If he had any additional issues, he never brought them to our attention after his last sign off, as we warranty for life on every job

Took them two weeks to correct an issue that was noticed after they received the money.

Mrs. K sent us a survey giving us all 5 stars after her install. Two days after her install, she noticed a 2 inch area of caulk had shrunk and needed a touch up. We responded and attempted to go out the following morning, but she wanted us to come after 4pm because she wanted her son to be present. We were ale to coordinate a time finally and complete the touch up within two weeks.
