Great job and great workmanship! The team assigned to handle our remodel was very respectful and courteous. (MattT&Mike G) Our experience was pleasant and the outcome was awesome! They cleaned up and stayed to answer any questions regarding care and maintenance of our new shower. We will recommend West Shore to our family and friends. Iâ m looking forward to enjoying our new updated shower for many years!

Bathroom 1 was completed by Ron, Ray, and Eric. We had two bathrooms done, both teams were amazing, very courteous, polite, and neat. Their workmanship shows in the reveal. Anthony and Larry had the master bath, they went above and beyond and I love our new shower. Thank you for all the great work gentlemen. The customer service received was above reproach. Job well done!!!

Great customer service and very pleasant staff. From Kristopher Young our design consultant to Jose V, Jeffrey R and Matt G our crew on the day-all professional and polite and skilled in their area of expertise.

We had both bathrooms tub/ shower replaced. The installers Je'mari, Collin, Daniel, Kylic,Brandyn arrived on time and ready to work. They worked hard throughout the day and did an amazing job. I love my new Bathrooms!

We had our tub replaced with a shower from West Shore Homes. The installers, Larry M. and Trent P. arrived on time and ready to work. They worked hard throughout the day and did an amazing job. We love our new shower!

Xavier Ward and Torey Smith did an excellent job replacing my tube/shower last Friday, August 26, 2022. I was impressed by their work ethics and ability to handle such a complicated job, both mentally and physically, in such a short time. I did say to Xavier, "I hope you are paid well, because you deserve it". Now, I do believe the cost is high. But, like I previously said, Xavier and Torey should be compensated for the quality workmanship they provided. You are only as successful as those who actually provide the finished product. Dawne M. The installation crew was outstanding. Shae, Xavier, Torey are really nice guys. They made you feel comfortable. They were very professional. Didn't mind you asking questions or checking in on the progress of the installation. Rating of 4.5 was due to some things that were not clear from the design consultation. Overall the product and installation experience was great.
