Very professional! Did and amazing job! Provided me with detailed instructions on my new bathroom and I was absolutely satisfied.

The workers was very nice and thorough and respectful to us and our sweet dog â Faithâ . They did a wonderful job and we were very pleased. We canâ t wait to try out our new shower.

I just completed the first of two tub / shower replacements with West Shore Home. David & John were the installation team for this project, and I definitely want them as the installation team for the second one. They arrived on time, reviewed the scope of the job, and finished at the time they promised, GREAT JOB! Even cleaning up the installation debris as they went, these men couldn't have been more professional, courteous, as well as cautious about COVID protocols. A FIVE STAR TEAM, who well represent the organization as front line professionals. I'm not a Facebook or Twitter guy, so this is the venue I have chosen to tell everyone that West Shore Homes has quality products that are are only overshadowed by the team who did the installation.

Nate, Mike M. and Chris do excellent work, they are very professional and courteous. I have a older home that was challenging and they came through with the answer to do the job . They care about the costumer.

The gentlemen who performed the renovation were very personable, professional and kept us abreast of the progress of the job. Would call them again and recommend them to others.

Brian and Chris were very professional and payed attention to detail. the Customer service in answering questions was very much apricated.

Ray B and Ron D did a very good job pulling out the old tub enclosure, cleaning up the poor construction left by the builder, and installing the tub, tub surround, and plumbing. All debris was cleaned up and everything tested before they left. And they finished in much less time than estimated.

Two crews came to install two bathrooms. The crews were David/Pat and Nate/Lamar. Once they arrived they were very professional and courteous. Well within the first hour the two tubs have been dismantled and removed. I was very impressed on their workmanship and attention to every detail. They inquired if we had any questions about the project and answered every questions thoroughly. At the end of five hours the project was completed. The workmanship was very impressive. What a beautiful job we have.

It was a bit traumatic to see and hear the demolition required to transform the bathroom but Nate and Jordon seemed happy to do it. They were prompt, courteous and work together very well upgrading our bathroom from an old jetted, deep bathtub to an up to date walk in shower. Wife is super pleased with all aspects of this job and I will be pleased too after the 24 hour wait to 'walk in' to the shower. Beautiful installation! Beautiful workmanship! All Good!
