The Design Consultant Anthony was very professional and did an amazing job of showing us several different options for the project. The installers Matt and Jason were very professional and did an amazing job and kept me informed on the progress and were happy to answer any of my questions. They made sure that the placement of the accessories were placed where we wanted them. When they completed the project made sure that they had cleaned up the area. The project turned out fabulous and everyone I talked to were very professional. I would highly recommend the West Shore Home team to anyone

I'm borrowing this review from another happy customer but it all holds true for me. Ray B. and Eric B. installed my walk in shower yesterday and I love it. They were professional and kept me abreast of the entire process. They were very patient with my questions which assured me that I made the right decision. I would definitely recommend. I rate it a 5 plus !!!

Conversion from tub to walk in shower. From the time the representative visited until the two craftsman came and completed the job was flawless. Brian and Ty installed our shower and did an outstanding job. They kept us up to date on each step of the way and finished in one day as quoted by the rep. Brian and Ty were very professional and engaging. They did what they set out to do. I would recommend both West shore home and Brian and Ty to anyone and we would not hesitate to use them again.

Ray B and Eric B offered superior customer service and represented West Shore Homes incredibly well! They explained the process and then kept us informed, throughout the day, of the progress. Ty and Ray were our installers. They arrived right on time, with everything they needed. Despite running into obstacles during the install, they knocked it out in 1 day, just like I was quoted. The shower looks amazing and the fitment is great! Very knowledgeable and tons of expertise for the job!
