They arrived on time & work was completed in a timely manner.

I was amazed at how quickly the men finished the job. They had everything cleaned up and left no mess. They also made sure to ask where I wanted things positioned before they were put in. I could not believe how beautiful the new shower is and what a difference it will make in my husband and my life.

We hired West Shore Home to remodel our shower. The crew of Nate and Lamar did all the demo and installed the new acrylic shower in 2 days. They had a fit problem with one of the acrylic door surrounds (it was warped from the factory). They quickly redesigned the shower door (entrance area) and called their main office to deliver another acrylic panel that they fabricated on site with the new design. The quality of their work is very good and we are really impressed with the new shower entrance design they came up with. West Shore Home supervisor, Juan, also chipped-in his expertise to resolve the door surround problem. Great team effort left us satisfied customers. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Michael M, the lead installer was on time, explained to process, and kept me updated throughout the day. His helpers, Jordan and Jose kept everything moving along and were able to make the job finish quicker than expected. I am very satisfied with outcome. A total of 16 days from design to completion. A most professional and complete job!
