Anthony P. And Larry M. Where professional and Did an excellent job. They completed the work in one as agreed to and cleaned up when done.

The crew was Toran C, Jose V, Matt D, Ray B, Eric B, Chris C. They showed up on time and stayed until the job was done. They did two tub to shower installs for me on the same day. Long day for them. Went through the contract before starting, explained the process, invited me in a couple times to see what was happening through the day. Barely stopped but a few minutes to eat something in late afternoon. Handled a slight hitch when a piece was missing and got the part delivered in record time. Good team effort, backed each other up doing the work from demo to install. Very comfortable having them around doing the work. Courteous, considerate, kept me updated on how things were going, explained cleaning & maintenance before they left. Final install and product looks beautiful.

Eric B and Matt G were outstanding very professional and clean up afterward I am very happy with they work the work was completely in one day.

Ray and Chris from West Shore were a great team. They were quick and efficient. Would recommend them and West Shore highly.

Weâ re very grateful to have had our new shower installed by West Shore Home. The whole sales to installation process was first rate! Our salesman Justin M was very personable and knowledgeable. We knew exactly what we were ordering and the process of the project. Our lead installer, Matt T was customer focused and kept us informed with each step of the process. He definitely has a great work ethic and truly cares about doing outstanding work. Our additional installers, Mike G and Scott B did a wonderful job. In addition to great work, they were very conscientious and left the job site in perfect condition! The companyâ s communication and follow through were sincere. If we had questions or concerns, we always felt heard. We would definitely reach out to West Shore again for another bathroom project.

I would definitely recommend West Shore for windows! My windows look great! Update: 05/25/2023 Brian S. and Noah M. were the installers for my exterior door and screen door. They did an awesome job, and my door is absolutely beautiful! They were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend West Shore!

The technicians removed the old bathtub and replaced it with a beautiful walk-in shower. The job took two days to complete. The finished product was worth the wait. Great job Shae P. and Trent P.
