Took out old tub and installed new tub but did not fix any of drywall that they decided to cut extra to install new tub. Left us with extra work and now have to hire someone else to finish their mess they left.

Overall they did a great job on the project they were hired to do. The communication was not good and there were disconnects between the salesman and the office/technicians. They made a mess in my living room when they removed the old wall surround that still had wet adhesive and got construction adhesive all over my hardwood floor and did not say anything. They offered to clean it but did not offer a pro but one of their workers that doesn't specialize in this so I did it myself. I would warn homeowners to be clear to protect and respect your property. As mentioned, they did a great job on what they were hired to do, a wall surround for my tub/shower.

Curtis, Adam and Romain did an excellent job remodeling our bathroom. It only took two days! They were prompt, courteous, proficient, neat and cleaned up well afterward. Our bathroom looks beautiful. I recommend them heartily.

They showed up on time and have been diligent about cleaning up after themselves. Project is as yet not finished, but seems to be on schedules.

I was hopeful about this company with a brief from the salesman about their quality of work and professional work and online reviews. I was looking forward to recommending this company to family and friends. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. On day 1 the worker did not know he had to remove tile in the shower and wall until I finally stepped in to tell him. He would have done the job incorrectly had I not stepped in. Plus he had to cross check me with the contract which in my opinion was negligence on his part not knowing what to do for the job.... the later proved to be more headaches with the job. My worker was already so behind that he had to use 3 full days vice the 2 initially said. Once complete I was advised to leave the bathroom alone for 24 hours. After that, I inspected the bathroom Further to find a HUGE list of poorly done work. To start- there were huge gaps of open seams with the caulking of the acrylic wall to the drywall. This is a huge headache for moisture intrusion and mold growth. There was also huge gaps around the shower drain appliances not sealed and I could visit me push the wall and feel a suction. The caulking used was clear and it was applied directly over purple and green drywall, therefore, looking hideous because it is unpaintable. The floors were bubbling and not properly placed down. The wall cracks were not removed and replaced with drywall as per the contract. The white new baseboards were left dirty and loose. There were parts where baseboard was forgotten completely. Walls that were not treated and it was bare tile remains. There were large gaps between baseboard and drywall leaving it messy and not aligned. The worst part is that the shower has an immediate leak, the sink has a leak, and the toilet doesn't t flush properly. It was all working fine prior to the installation and considering these workers are class A, these workers should have done the plumbing correctly! I paid for that service and it was completely neglected. This leaves me without a working shower, toilet, and sink. Hmm, a whole bathroom not usable after paying for a bathroom update? I am very disappointed with the quality of work and after saving money to get this project completed I have been left with a nightmare of a bathroom. It is like my money was wasted and the materials, quality of work, inconvenience, and efficiency was not worth it at all. Due to military obligations, I have been unable to have the service technician come to repair and fix everything. I am hopeful that I will see better results when he/she comes out, but the pure inconvenience and waste of money really bothers me that I paid for a service that was not done well. I question the whole installation job based on all the issues it had the first time.

Needed a new rear entry system (frame, storm door, and door). Guys came out and upon install discovered what turned out to be a larger problem. Turns out that water in my foundation is what caused my original door and frame to rot out in the first place. Ralph and Tom were up front with me and recommended I not have the door installed until the water in my foundation was taken care of. Despite the headache of having just paid for a door and now learning that I would have to pay for a basement sump pump this was good advice and I appreciated Ralph and Tom's honesty. They could have just put the door on and I would have never know the difference. That right there gets 5-stars from me. Additionally, the instill was terrific, and the guys were very personable the entire time. Excellent work, job well done!!
