Very professional workers. We were told the job would be easily finished in one day and it took one and a half days. The finished project was excellent. This was a shower and commode conversion to handicap specifications.

I was called by three Service Magic companies and instantly found a connection with Quality Advantage. Chris called me and set up a time for someone to come estimate my project. I was so impressed with Bryan that I hired them to complete my project. The installers were clean and professional, and the ofice followed up afterwards to make sure I was happy. I would definitely use them again, the work looks great!

Took 5 scheduled visits and 2 months to get the job done. installers routinely didn't arrive on time. Below average quality. Premium price, but below average quality and service. The pitch was much better than the product. What a pain this experience was.

We are sad that Mr. J's experience wasn't perfect. There was an issue with a wall on his job and we had to go back to fix it. We have since attempted three times to reach him to find out what we can do to rectify the error. He has not returned our calls or given us that opportunity. As always, we warranty our work for life and will always strive to get it right.
