Brian and Matt did everything the salesman said they would, and did it in one day and very professionally. Excellent job!

The installers Mike C/Jordan M did a phenomenal job. Very polite and professional. I didn't have to babysit them at all. The shower install came out perfect, beautiful white, shelves and the rain shower head puts out so much pressure. We love it. Only reason I gave 4.5 stars is I'm not a fan of the shower curtain. The sales rep said they do not sell shower doors, so we had to call another company to get a custom shower door. I would thing for that price $$, we would of got a door with the rebuild with installation. Great job West Shore homes! Love the new shower. Thanks again.

We received excellent service. Our installers, Ray B. and Ron D. did a 5-star job--arrived on time, worked efficiently, were courteous and thorough. In spite of minor annoyances caused by an elderly house, they got the job wrapped up in one day as promised, cleaned up behind themselves, and left us with a beautiful new walk-in shower installation, making us happy and safer going forward. Thanks Ray and Ron and West Shore for a job well done.

I did not price other bathtub replacement companies so I do not know what the average going rate is. I'm guessing they are competitive. Still, It is not inexpensive. Nate and Trevor did a great job.

The installation was ahead of schedule, performed in one day as promised, and fully met my expectations. Brian and Matt were personable, professional, and answered any question I asked to my complete satisfaction. Their sense of humor was also appreciated. The completed shower was beautiful, and I can't wait to use it.

Brian and Matt arrived on time and were very thorough with the information and what they were going to do. Kept us informed as they worked keeping the house clean with matts and cloths. They had a great sense of humor and did a great job with the walk in shower. They left my bathroom cleaner then they found it. I also wanted to say the Kristopher was very patient with when we were getting the estimate for we had many questions and he answered all them for us. We would recommend them to our friends and family.

The entire experience was great. Ray B. and Ron D. arrived on time, gave a full explanation of what they were going to do, made sure that nothing in the house was damaged or disturbed by their tools or work, updated us as the project proceeded, cleaned up once their work was done and explained everything they did. They also gave us instructions on cleaning and good contacts for any issues that come up in the future. It was an excellent job and would recommend to anyone who needs a handicap/special needs bathroom project needed.

Brian and Matt were an amazing team and got rid of our old tub and put in the shower very quickly and with great precision. Hands down the best experience Iâ ve ever had with a company like this! Canâ t recommend it enough!
