From the first phone call to the final installation, every element of our experience with West Shore Home has been stellar! Adam helped us design our shower and contractors prepared in advance for the installation so that on the day of the install things were seamless. The contractors were professional, yet warm and friendly, punctual, efficient, and driven to complete what was started in a timely fashion. They were respectful of our space, the amount of noise they created, and the mess involved in removing an old shower and replacing it. They cleaned up behind themselves leaving no residual mess for me to clean up. The installation was clean and professionally completed. Avi and Robert were fantastic, and I highly recommend them! They deserve every penny of a bonus, plus!!! We look forward to many years of enjoyment with our new shower.

Everything went well with our new shower installation. Anthony Sturnick did great in designing the project. Brian and DQ did exceptional work in installing our new shower.

Nate did an excellent job. He answered questions completely and in a manner that I could understand. When I had no idea where to place grab bars, he made suggestions and explained the reasons. Nate even asked if I wanted the shower head lower than normal (I'm under 5 feet).

Michael M. And Greg were amazing. Extremely professional and used manners. Explained the whole process before starting and then explained the maintenance. I would recommend Michael and Greg for my next bathroom. Also, the sales person Sam was very thorough and not pushy. Took his time explaining everything. This was a great team.

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. The initial consultation was great. The sales representative arrived on time and was very patient and informative when talking with us. Everything was explained in detail and all options were explored before making a final decision. On install day Joe and Jordan arrived on time and really took their time to complete the job. They were well prepared for all of the unforeseen issues they ran into and completed the install with no problem. They were very professional and did a very good job cleaning up the area once the job was complete. My new sliding door looks amazing and I am very happy with the service I received. I would definitely recommend West Shore Home and Joe and Jordan to anyone looking to have a great home improvement experience.

I inherited a old farmhouse that needed a lot of work. The bathtub was original from the 1930s so you can imagine. Greg, Mike M. and Jeremiah did an incredible job giving me a beautiful shower that completely turned by bathroom into something now I can show off and not be embarrassed about. They were professional in every way and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The installers, Nate & Isaiah, were on time, interactive, polite, hardworking. They explained the procedure, both removal and installation. When a problem arose, they explained why the part of the install could not be done so that I could understand. Cleanup was very speedy and complete. I would have them back for other work that I have in the future.

Having West Shore team were outstanding, From Mr. Sturnick the consultant, who was there to introduce us to history of the company,the workmanship and materials used to do the job. His professionalism.and knowledge sold us. Day of install Nate B. and Isaiah C. showed up on time, set up and started the job. those two were polite and respectful being our home. They completed the job and everything was to perfection. We could not be more happy
