Mike Morgan, Brian, and Lamar did an outstanding job replacing my old tub with a new shower. The quality and attention to detail was brilliant and gave me piece of mind that I didn't have to nitpick things for them to pay attention to. The only down side I had was when the original shower pan came with a crack, I was told it would be 2-3 weeks for a new pan to arrive. Yet it took nearly 3 months to come in, and I had to talk with customer service to get updates rather than being called or emailed with what the dilemma was. Overall still a good experience and would recommend to others.

My experience with West Shore Home is WOW. The young man, David F. came and installed a new shower stall, we didn't even know he was here he was so quiet and did his job. He is by far the best installer and I would recommend him and the company to anyone needing any bathroom installations. When he left you couldn't tell that anyone had done any work in my house everything was so clean. Thank you again for everything.

Brian Pittman and Luiz were awesome craftsmen. They arrived on time and went right to work. Their work was excellent and they were very professional. When they were finished, it was beyond my expectations.

Brian Pittman and Luiz of West Shore Home did a great job installing my new walk in shower today. They came early and completed the job by the end of the day. Even with a tropical storm blowing in, they kept everything completely clean. They pulled out the old tub and shower, corrected the problems we were having with the plumbing and floor and gave helpful advice on how to proceed with additional work. The new shower looks fantastic. I am super pleased with job and piece of mind that the underlying problems were addressed. Our design consultant, Anthony Sturnick also did a great job. Anthony, Brian and Luiz all very nice to deal with.

Michael & John did an outstanding job installing my new handicap accessible shower. They were professional and friendly and took care to clean up before they left. I would recommend West Shore Home for quality product and work.

We had our bathroom done on 7/1/2021. The job is beautiful. Mike C and Brian E were our installers and they were very polite and nice. My home was covered with drop cloths and vacuumed when they were finished. Highly recommend these 2 men. Thank you

overall experience was terrific. Matt T. and John B. were fantastic! I would gladly recommend them to anyone who would like a beautiful shower put in very respectfully in one day. They left the site in an immaculate condition. They get 5 stars from me! What a days work!!!
