Looks great, wife loves it. Didn't have the correct shower curtain rod and soap dish, but the technician advised me ahead of time, he went back to the warehouse a came right back to install it. The only other thing that i found was the water spout was not installed incorrectly there was a gap between the wall and the spout. I called and they are sending someone next week to correct it. No issues at all with fixing an error. Highly recommend the company and will used them again in the future.

First, Tristan came to my home and addressed all of the concerns that I had for my 89 years old mother and her 1970s bathtub. He was very adept with the products and went through all of the options to help me make an economical choice that would suit my family's needs. He wasn't pushy or abrasive, just a friendly guy who understood the needs of the elderly and tried to address them in a professional, empathetic manner. Next, came the two-man crew--Mike C, and Jordan M. They came at the appointed time and went right to work. My mom and I stayed out of the way as I taught my lessons online and she talked on the phone. Before my day had ended at 4:00. They had cleaned up the bathroom and the new shower unit was installed. Did they take a lunch break? Who knows? They were very busy bees! When I saw the final project...I was glad I invested in this renewal. They carefully explained the dos and don'ts, showed us how to work the sliding shower wand (my mom had a stroke and can barely move her arm so that was a big deal), and then put the sign up to remind my mom not to use the shower until 4 the next day. I loved the bars in the shower and my mom wanted to see her seat that was made into the shower wall...Goodbye clumsy shower chair! My mom called everyone and told them to come over to see her new shower--she is very excited to try it out. Thanks, Tristan, Jordan, and Mike--this project was a HUGE success!

He presented pros and cons to the product, and allowed us to ask questions which he answered fully. Our installers were Hector and Greg. They were professional and efficient, completing our installation in a single day. They kept us informed throughout of progress and issues they encountered, and ensured our expectations were being met throughout. They were mindful of cleanliness and at the completion of work did a great job making sure no debris/trash was left behind.
