Patrick and David arrived on time, made introductions, discussed exactly what they would be doing. They gave frequent updates, asked if I had any questions. When finished, they reviewed what was done (again asking if I had any questions), gave written instructions on care/cleaning of product and cleaned up the work area. Superb service every step of the way! I would heartedly recommend West Shore Home!

Outstanding performance during the install of my shower. Stephen P, and John B. deserves five stars. They came on time and worked tirelessly to make sure we loved their install. The clean up was very good.

Ray, Ron, Shae and Stephen are true professionals. They ask for our inputs when it came to installing the shelves and also answer questions that we had. The work was ot scheduled to be done until about 1700, but they finished up about 2 1/2 hours early. Would highly recommend West Shore Home for future projects.

Joe the sales rep was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Aramis and Brandon were the installers and they did a great job. Demo, installation and clean up was exceptionally done. Total job was done in one day. Iâ m very happy with the final result.

Wow! I love my new shower! It's beautiful! Tristan (sales rep) was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with him and knew I was making the right choice after my appointment with him . I was just as happy with Brian and Lamar (installers). They showed up on time, and were very nice and knowledgeable, as well. The job they did was extremely professional and I couldn't be happier with the shower they installed. I find myself in the bathroom a lot just looking at the beauty of it. Thanks to all 3 of them for making my bathroom look so classy!!!!

This bathtub replacement was not easy because of Quest plumbing! Mike M, Matt, Nate, and Jose did a great job removing and replacing the bathtub with a shower tray. They were on time, kept my home clean, and did an excellent job on the install.

Herl's installers, "Sean", and Kyle B", were both prompt, professional, and hard workers. My wife was pleased with the excellent craftsmanship, and the fact that they cleaned up after the bathroom renovation was completed. Also, Sean, and Kyle B., explained in detail how to care for our shower and door, including what cleaners were recommended. Thanks to West Shore Home / Herl's, for a job well done!

West Shore Home installed our new shower today. I could not be happier with the installers, Ray Brown & Ron Duval were very polite, courteous, & very clean. They allowed (even encouraged) me to take pictures whenever I wanted to. Both Ray & Ron answered all my questions without hesitation. I know we will enjoy our new shower for many years to come. I would definitely recommend West Shore Home to everyone.
