From demo to install, Ray B. and Ty did a GREAT job. Kept me informed with the progress of the project the whole time, answered all my questions along the way. The work quality was awesome, cleaned up everything at the end. thank you guys.

this is the second shower install that mike did for me one year apart. excellent job he and jordan in a total of 6 hours cleaned up all trash and vacuum the area they were in . i would let westshore homes do another install but only have two baths,

From start to finish this was great. Our sales rep Sam was great to work with to get it all started. Everything went the way he said it would. You will get a call to set up an appointment, a call the day before the appointment. A week after we saw him we got the call when the install would happen. Mike and Jordan arrived the day of the install and got to work right away. No messing around. I offered to order some pizza for them, but they declined. They wanted to keep going. Jordan kept me informed of the status during his various runs up and down the stairs to and from the truck. They cleaned everything up. The Shower looks really nice, and transforms the bathroom. They were professional and super nice.

From the sales rep. to installers (David & John), this experience was fantastic. David and John worked on some issues revealed after removing the old tub-shower without missing a beat. Excellent customer service attitudes by everyone we interacted with, including those on the phone, which is refreshing in this day and age. We had a tub removed and a new shower installed. The job was performed by Schuyler and Matt. The following was met by this crew: arrived on time, explained the process in detail, respectful of our home, courteous, efficient, and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend West Shore Home/Virginia Beach, and in particular Schuyler and Matt, for anyone that needs this type of work.

I made several estimates when looking to remodel my bathroom wet spaces. When I went through West Shore Home, they were very professional with signing and financing. My install was yesterday with three contractors that showed up. SC Huyler, Mike and Andrew were not only consummate professionals. They made the experience fun and never asked me to leave when my hovering personality stayed there with them. Every time I had a question, they were quick to have an answer or explanation of their process. Their methods were smooth and fun to watch in addition to the great conversations. There are few companies that I would give such a high recommendation but they deserve it. You may pay a little more but it is well worth it. I would definitely hire them again and fully recommend SC Huyler, Mike and Andrew. Thank you gentlemen for the beautiful bathrooms.

Pricy but worth it to be done in less than a day

Both the installers were great. Elijah S and Chris M arrived on time, very friendly, explained every step of the process before starting. When they completed the install we were asked to inspect the final results and are pleased with the outcome. Elijah walked us through the information of cleaning, warranties and answered all our questions. Start to finish my wife and I are pleased with the experience that West Shore brought to our home. Thanks to Chris our design consultant and Elijah and Chris for their outstanding service.
